Sale settlement between Malik Mansur Mirza and Aqa Sultan, Shawkat Baygum, Umm Salamah, and others for some parts of the village of Sih Girdakan. The document reads, in part: "Aqa Sultan, on his own behalf and on behalf of several other siblings and some of their descendents, sells their landed inheritance to Malik Mansur Mirza for two thousand and four hundred Nasiri Rials."

Settlement between Agha Baygum, daughter of the late Muhammad Rahim, and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Kazim, exchanging four-sixths of a mill called Aqa Muhammad Rahim Mill, which includes two millstones, for six hundred and sixty tumans and six thousand dinars. Zivar Sultan and Khan‘ali Khan, children of Agha Baygum and the late Haji Riza Khan, then settled their own share of this mill with Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, who paid eight hundred and eighty-nine tumans in total for Agha Baygum's shares and those of her children. Three settlements of Haj Habib Allah, 1882, 1883, and 1884
The first document, dated 1882, is a copy of the settlement between Haj Habib Allah, son of the late Haj Mirza ʻAbd Allah, and his sister, Mahi Khanum, transferring the ownership of Mahi Khanum's belongings, including silverware, furniture and goods, land and housing, clothes and fabric, etc. in exchange for a pair of gold bracelets, a knife, and fourteen shahis. Settlement between Aqa ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Muhammad Baqir, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Javad from Khurasan, exchanging five-sixths of the Budjan Farm in Lower Simirum of Isfahan, inherited from Hajiyah, known as Baqir's wife, for five hundred tumans.

Settlement of Karbalayi Hasan and Barat ‘Ali with Mulla Muhammad Muhsin, 1888
Settlement between Karbalayi Hasan and Barat ‘Ali, sons of the late Aqa ‘Ali and residents of Marbanan village, and Mulla Muhammad Muhsin, son of Mulla Muhammad Sadiq Fari, exchanging a quarter of a house located in Nayistan village for twenty-six tumans. Explanation: Mulla Baqir's wealth had been transferred to Barat ‘Ali, while the late Baygum Khanum's had been transferred to both Barat ‘Ali and Karbalayi Hasan. They both sold their shares before this settlement took place.

Settlement between Ya‘qub Bayg, Turab Bayg, ‘Ali Khan, and ‘Ali Naqi, sons of the late Haj Yusuf and residents of Kamarbunah village, and Sasan Mirza Bahaʼ al-Dawlah on his own behalf and with power of attorney transferred from Bibi Mah, Chaqqah Mah, Khanum Kuchak, Khanum Bibi, and Gul Bibi, exchanging more than half of a property located in Kamarbunah village and all its belongings for two hundred and sixty six tumans.
